This is my first time on face book. I would like to tell you about my experience with JB West roofing, gutters and siding. They replaced my shingles on our house and garage, & siding on our house. The roofing guys messed up our gutter guards. I was thinking here we go a fight about the guards but, Virgil Martinez said, our guys messed them up , we replace them. I was so impressed. The siding crew was awesome. They went out of there way to make adjustments where they were needed. Really very satisfied with the job. I would recommend JB West to anyone, They are a very caring group of contractors. Thank you Virgil Martinez, Chris McWhirter, project manager and all the crew. Very polite and dependable group of workers. The cleanup was good. When the job was done someone came out and inspected the work. Thank you to our Insurance adjuster from Safeco. JB West, Thank you.
Great Job
Experience with this company was excellent. They came out, did a professional job and quoted a fair price for the work. Drew was our project manager and Joe was the Foreman. We were very pleased.
The Real Deal
We have used J & B West 3 times now. They have completed siding, roofs, soffit, fascia gutters and built a front porch. My roof need med a lot of work as it was not venting properly. Joe, (the roofing foreman) made sure to not just re-shingle the roof but also to take care to correct all issues. Everyone we have talked to starting with Kyle and Eric, has been professional and communicates every step of the way. Every crew member has always been very courteous. J & B West is a top quality company. The do what they say they will do, they answer the phone, return calls promptly. Just like a respectable business should. I would not trust anyone else, especially nowadays.
Great Crew
Initially had some issues with scheduling. Rain delay, then waited 2 more days due to truck being broken down. However once they arrived they did an amazing job. I was very concerned about the landscape surrounding the house. Jared and his crew took precautions to make sure all plants were protected. They did a great job. The group was very professional. My yard was cleaned up and looked as if no one was even there. I would refer them to friends.

New roof and gutter repair
They did a great job on both! Very polite on time and great cleanup! Will definitely call them again for other work!
Roof replacement
I was very happy with job J&B did replacing the roof on my home. Frank and his crew showed up on time and replaced my roof in one day. Frank did an outstanding job of explaining everything from start to finish. George, Frank, and everyone else at J&B were very professional and made my experience of replacing my roof and dealing with J&B a very happy one.
New Roof
When the crew arrived they wasted no time in getting the job done. Frank was great, introduced himself and let me know if I had any questions 'please ask'. He was constantly doing work to help his crew. When the job was finished he explained everything about the job and we did final inspection. The crew did a great job of cleaning up. And the price was of all was great! Highly recommend J & B!!
All round fantastic work
We called J&B because we wanted our garage, shed and house roofs replaced. From Brad's emergency tape on our leaky chimney, which stopped the leak until we could have the roof replaced, to Frank and his crew's excellent job removing and replacing shingles on all three buildings in one day, it was a great experience. The crew did a fantastic job on all the roofs and the clean up was exceptional! Thanks for exceeding our expectations.
No more wet basement
Our experience with JB West was excellent. From the initial meeting with Brad to discuss gutter installation to post installation follow ups, every step along the way was easy and efficient. Brad and his team were great to work with and I would recommend to anyone. Solid product at an affordable price.
