From the time that Howard Fagre to the time that Joe Bahm and his crew finished the job I'd rate this as a well oiled machine. Joe and his crew showed up at 7:30 and finished up at 11:30 am . Joe was great in explaining the whole job and telling me what needed to be done. His crew were busy non stop the whole time and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. Roofing job
Jared and his crew did an awesome job on our roof. Material delivered the day before. Crew began by 7 and was cleaned up and gone by 1:30pm. Not a single nail found anywhere. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service On Multiple Jobs
I work for a general contractor that hires J&B West for roofing, siding and gutters. I have been working with Dean A. for a long time and he gives the kind of customer service it is hard to find. More recently I found out Greg B. has started working there. I couldn't be more excited. I have worked with him before and know what an asset he is. This gives me even more confidence in their workmanship. The accounting staff I work with is also great. I have never had a bad experience with J&B West and that says a lot these days.

My experience was exceptional. Howard was very knowledgeable and very honest in his assessment of the roof. I haven't decided what I will do regarding the roof at this time. I've had great experience with all members I've worked with. The sales rep was great from the beginning, and took care of everything for me with the insurance company. The roofing crew did a great job, and cleanup was amazing. After the work was completed, they handled all the correspondence with the insurance company and made it very easy for me. Lastly, I was impressed they sent a final quality control employee out to give it a look over and asked about the entire experience. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing a roof done.

Roof an facia replacement
I would give this co. A 5 star rating, excellent workmanship, respectful of property explained everything so I understood what would be happening.Was on the job when they stated. Have to give a shout out to Patrick, Eric, Tim and. Caprice they were very helpful throughout this process and also to (V) Virgilio and Jeronimo for the excellent work on the j channel around my garage doors they were here when got dark and continued to work great job from these two men and to all of the workers that worked on this job thank you and great work.
Skylight removal
We are very happy with your work! The job was done sooner than expected, (they were able to fit our small job in weeks earlier than we thought) skylights were removed and roof re-shingled all in one day and it looks great! Thank you very much!
